I'm a bit behind on my latest news!

Good morning readers! I am soo sorry but I am a bit behind on my latest news and am struggling now to get back on top of the lastest information of interest so that you are right with me on what has been happening and new items that have been listed!

First of all welcome! Have you made the transition from Summer to Fall successfully? I sure hope so... part of me was lost sometime this Summer/Spring with all that has been happening with my son getting married and Nicole, his wife, trying to get to the states ...but is currently being held up by legal issues of U.S. and Canadian recogition of her citizenship and marriage to my son here in the states and her home country. We think about you every day Nicole and are with you in mind and heart that it won't be much longer!


Ok....now what is new! I have added a number of Halloween items in my Etsy shop and welcome you all to come and view what is new. I have bat ornies , a doll greeter, shelf sitter to Halloween dolls listed now in attempt to get ready for the Fall/Halloween season/holiday. I have just donated my first item...one of the larger Annie dolls that I have mentioned in my blog, on swings...but this one isn't on a swing...for a very important cause in my location. There is going to be a Fall the 2nd Fall Festival that will take place in Blossburg Pa that will help raise money for the children's playground for the Blossburg elementary students. Kids can buy wristbands for $5.00 to play as many games as they want.

I am proud to be a former aide for the Blossburg Elementary School and now am a proud to make a donation that will help build something that is so important for the children that go to Blossburg! Annies Annies Everywhere ...I'm making so many I just had to share......

Good morning all! I've been busy, busy ,busy with my latest special requests and you won't believe what seems to be the "HOT ITEM" right now.....It is Raggedy Annies! I have had few women from my local area that is just so taken with Annies that she has started a collection that I would just LOVE to see myself. All I know right now is that she has requested two Annies. One is a summer Annie on a swing that would be for her daughter for a Christmas gift, and also an Annie and Andy doll that she wanted for herself. In the meantime another woman that works at the same as the woman #1 heard that I'm making Annies and wanted a Annie of color that would be on a swing for a Christmas gift for her daughter! Just remember for every doll I make...I do two. Only the Annie and Andy set I didn't! I started with my Americana Annie that included two political pillows and a doll pin.I have posted in my Etsy and The Olde Primitive Sister's Marketplace prior to get other requests for this same doll! HELP...that Annies are taking over my garage room! Now here is a visual....







Now picture these three dolls plus their doubles and only one Annie and Andy above. Sizeable dolls aren't they? Well you can imagine finding room for all of them to sit in my sewing room. LOL

Not only have I been working on Annies. I do things in a big way and almost always make extras in case the first sets sell quickly. I also worked on witch doll ornies that I am saving a set for the next celebration for OFG and will post in The Olde Primitive Sister's Marketplace soon! I had only made 12 but when you put them out end to end they almost look like an army of witches!



Well unless I get more requests I guess it is time to work on a couple of black cat and crow shelf sitters. I'll be posting the summer Annie and Annie of color on one of my sites soon too! So be watching!!

Another NEW Item listed on Etsy!

Good morning all! I just wanted to let you know that I have just listed a new item on Etsy. I have finished six witch ornies/shelf sitters that can be now purchased in my Etsy shop and invite all of you to take a look! These are a sizeable group of ornies or a smaller sized shelf sitter. Each measures approximately 9 " tall and about 6 " wide. I could picture them in a large basket, or bowl or sitting alone , or in small groups on a shelf. You can get a closer look if you look at the pictures in my shop to see what you will be getting. Each witch has a tag on its front that say different Halloween words such as: Spook, Witch, Bewitching, Spells, 1884 and Haunted. I was going to sell this separately ,but after seeing them together, decided to sell them as a set. You could have a little Halloween all over your house or put them together to one larger conversation piece. Either way they will truly bring Halloween to you!

Keep your eyes peeled for I will be creating and posting more Halloween items very soon and I will tell you when and where they will be available. Come in and get an early start on your Halloween decorating. I am currently working on a cat witch and is a Moonchild's Prim pattern that I just can't wait to get done. New arrival/ New items in Etsy! Come See!

Hello everyone! It is another beautifully sunny and hot day today and it got me inspired to look up new items that I would be able to create to offer to any customers that may be interested in something new and different.

First of all the new arrivals that I've just posted in Etsy is two sets of hang tags. One are (6) Primitive Scarecrow Halloween hang tag and the other is (4) Shabby Chic, Altered Art, Child Fairies hang tag. The graphic artist that created the Scarecrow tag is Seneca Pond Crafts. She has many great graphics for sale and many that are under the "free" category. I loved everything I saw and actually got a new idea that I will be offering in my shops and that is candlelights with a homemade shade that come from one of the graphics she offers. I have to admit this lamp is a beautiful one and she has so many ideas of what to do with the graphics she creates I'm sure I'll be into something else before I'm all done!

The other tag is an altered art child fairies collection and have been given that "oldie but goodie" appeal! Please come into my shop and take a look at them and read about the specifics.
